ABI’S chicken soup-ish

chicken soup

turn the burner on high no oil yet
burn the zuccinni along with the onion make sure they are browned
add a spoon of minced garlic and stir around for extra 3mins and add worcester sauce and lime juice

\empty those out to a bowl for them to cool and loose their juices in the bowl.

i boil sweet corn on the side to add into the soup, its not a must but its delish.
in just plain water clean the corn and wash then let the water in the stove boil then set them in the water like 15-mins
/after they are done let those cool in a bowl as well, not the same as the zuccinni

the chicken i use are breasts, and i took the fat off of them and cut them into inch square blocks
add black pepper  and in a high hot setting brown the outside of them for like 5 mins,
/while they burn quickly add coriander and lemon-pepper onto a plate /
take the browned chicken off the burner and toss around in top of the coriander and lemon-pepper  and add like 2 table spoons of butter and toss around with your hands till the butter melts:D
set back on the burner and turn it onto medium heat for like 6minutes
/ add a spoon of minced garlic again and add the zuccinni mix into the chicken and mix around slowly, some of the juices of the zuccinni will stay in the bowl, add a bit like third cup of water into the leftover zuccinni juice and add onto the chicken then add a half of a bush of cilantro super minced and chives as it cookes in slow heat. chop up a blonde potatoe in n small pieces and a 2  full table spoon of chicken-tomato buillon the mexican kind with low-sodium then let it boil and since i had left over brown rice (cold) i added like half cup onto the mix and stirred a bit so that when i served the kids it cools it. i cut off the corn from the kernel and chopped it lightly and added onto the mix. taste :D double the ammount of water in the mix and taste again. let the potatoes finish for the next 15 mins on med-low heat. :D I chopped cilantro and chives to add fresh on to the finished product and cut 2 corn kernels onto 8 pieces to add onto the side of the end result. :D
